Used to Used Quotes
 

The new AutoExcavations Used to Used quote build process maps your customers who purchased a used vehicle from you to multiple like and kind used vehicles from your inventory. Through the use of an external data feed, the system automatically rebuilds multiple quotes nightly for the closest possible used make and model of what the customer is currently driving. The system logic chooses the optimum vehicles based on criteria such as description, model number, age in inventory and vehicle class. Also the logic chooses vehicles which will have the least payment increase, or cash price difference, over what the customer currently pays. Direct mail and emails with four quote scenarios and pictures of the vehicles are used to market these vehicles to the customer and can be launched at any point in the month as they are not bound by manufacturer incentives. Additionally, customers can log into to a separate customer portal from home and build quotes for any other used car in your inventory while viewing all the pictures of the vehicles just like they were on the dealer’s website.

 

 

New to Inventory Quotes (coming soon)
 

The core AutoExcavations system builds new vehicle quotes based on a "virtual" inventory - not necessarily everything you have in stock, but certainly everything you can order.  The New to Inventory feature will operate similar to the Used to Used in that it will run every night and build the best matches from your new vehicle inventory for all your new vehicle customers. This allows you to mail or email specific quotes for one or more specific vehicles. 

 

 

Combined New and Used Vehicle Customer Portal (coming soon)
 

Part of the power of both the Used to Used and the New to Inventory programs is that it will allow your customers to login and select among both new and used vehicle inventories. This means if they currently have a used vehicle they are not limited to your used vehicle inventory and can opt to upgrade to a new vehicle. Likewise if they currently have a new vehicle, they have the option to switch into a used model. More options equals more sales.
